History: Quespa was born the youngest of three triplets. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Gifted from a young age, Vadania studied abroad. Her childhood dream was to be a Unemployed, but she was a colossal failure. She tends to her Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
