History: Avelina was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Crown-heir for hire.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 53. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and wants to work out more often

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and to end her boredom

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'11" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep yellow leather and dull tan iron scale mail. His red hair is unkempt and raggedy. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Umpen was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Tailor. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Umpen never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
