History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Broce alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Map Maker. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her childhood dream was to be a Locksmith, but she was a colossal failure. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to be a locksmith again

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Dell embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered orcs who tried to eat her hand. She bought a trident and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of orcs

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Armorer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
