History: Criella was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Ratbag was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Ratbag was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A true patriot, Kiirith would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He struck the Ploughman job and began his own company from there.
