Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Harriet grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bellfounder for the past few years.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She became a Merchant soon after.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered black stockings. He wears his gray fur down. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Description: This northern man is renowned for his bright white suits and hats. His clothes are grease stained in places. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
