History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Mantus's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He became a Guard soon after.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and balancing his hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Juliana fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and a rival would like her out of the picture
