After coming to the age of reason, Quelenna took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Tharivol was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Lagazi was born with her mother's beautiful face. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. During her travels, Lagazi and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Lagazi discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Lagazi fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
