History: Gifted from a young age, Bharash studied abroad. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He struck the Marshal job and began his own company from there.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and she has a crush on the local adventurer
