History: Modean hails from a village terrorized by goblins. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Modean never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: Sammal speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Apothecary business.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is greedy

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull tan iron scale mail. She has no fur. Her eyes are green and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Nissa's homeland. Nissa decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
