Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. A true patriot, Cecily would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. A gifted student she started as a Architect, but she got bored and became a Bather. She has worked as a Bather like her father before her.

History: She is a Doppelganger in disguise. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
