History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Glassblower they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mayor, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
