Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Sage kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Cartwright profession.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to get a good night's sleep
