Description: Runty and weak-looking, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the left. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: Tethren was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His first spouse was a Detective, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Detective they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Apothecary, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Description: This man wears a grey Stetson hat and grey clothes. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized emerald on his left hand. He keeps his red hair in a flapper bob. His ears are large.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Adelard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sailor. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sailor.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a yellow coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head. His head has been shaved. His ears are large.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Rolf is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Born to a Beggar, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rolf fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Matilda wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: She was born in a small desert village. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
