History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country.
