History: Cecily hails from a village terrorized by brigands. At a young age her mother died while driving off some brigands. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in scythe use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Mastema is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Mastema was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
