History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shipwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shipwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jocelyn grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Jocelyn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature morningstar.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. His long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Delg was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Farmer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Miller but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. After a long history of fighting, Efferil and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes him a fraud
