History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His first spouse was a Mayor, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Being a Shoemaker kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Through the years after Nedda was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nedda's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Nedda and her spouse have recently divorced.
