History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bernard was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Through the years after Gurdis was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Gurdis's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Personality: Thorpe wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: He got into the Merchant business at a young age. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He's also a talented Layabout, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and further expansion of business

History: Born in the south to a Bowyer, Delg learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She dresses like a well dressed Miner does. She keeps her long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: This woman loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. Seraphina is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Seraphina took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up falchion and armor she uses now. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miner.
