History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Sweet alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heskan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heskan. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
