History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Frouse was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
