History: Ombul hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting gnolls, the young Ombul began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Guard they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Locksmith, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his religion dominates his actions

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Decarabia abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and to reunite with her old friends
