History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He found a children's book about a Halfling Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: She got into the Farmer business at a young age. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

History: Born to a Fisher, his father struggled to pay the bills. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alston fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Through the years after Shadow was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north.
