Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and further expansion of business

She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She invites people to come help in her community garden.
History: She was born into a rich family. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: She is a physically imposing dark-skinned woman. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her ceremonial dagger with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. She sports white long hair. Her fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Kathra will drive conversation. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Kathra was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Kathra was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

History: Born in the west to a Marshal, Boddynock learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Jacoba was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Human Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
