History: Braak hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a white coat with black slacks. Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Quarethon liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well.
