History: Born in the east to a Priest, Gale learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She's also a talented Detective, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Mindartis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and a deep hatred of giants
