Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Vistra was born on a far southern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Weaver. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to protect her home
