History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When Aline reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gennal was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Gardain was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and doesn't want to be a fisher and was forced into it by his family

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.
