Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has achieved small success as a Mayor.

She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She became a Scribe soon after.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
