Description: He dresses like a well dressed Painter does. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His hair, while still mostly dark red, has prominent grey streaks. He is baby faced.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Cressel was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Cressel was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Cressel's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she wears a yellow tunic with white highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around her shoes. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She is a Marshal first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She uses divination through singing.
History: Malquis was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). In the meantime she has taken over work as a Marshal and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult; and she's looking for her big break

Description: She wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 2'10" when asserting herself. Her silver hair is matted, messy, and big. She has a dull look in her green eyes.
Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is harsh and unforgiving.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Nora took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up morningstar and armor she uses now. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: She was raised in a plains tribe. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Apothecary kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: To prove her worth to the world.
