History: The child of a Healer, who enjoyed hunting, Alston was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Alston took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor he uses now. After a long history of fighting, Alston and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her childhood dream was to be a Bookbinder, but she was a colossal failure. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Assassin for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to get a good night's sleep

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Gardener for hire.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against brigands
