History: She was raised in a island tribe. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has worked as a Fletcher like her mother before her.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Unemployed arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She's also a talented Fletcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Fletcher again.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Armorer. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Armorer. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Armorer responsibilities is difficult.

Description: She is a husky woman, who is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. Her silver crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Biri fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Description: Standing 3'3", this man wears a simple tan robe with green stripes complete with hood. His blonde hair is unkempt and raggedy. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world
