The dire rats captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Apothecary for the past few years.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sariel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she has money and likes to spend it
