History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Sailor father left him crippled. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Hoglik never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Bundrigo was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
