History: The child of a Architect, who enjoyed hunting, Dee was taken on many hunting expeditions. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
