Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Tagga took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She's also a talented Shepherd, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
