History: Born to a Courier, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Purban alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Purban was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

History: Keyleth was born with her father's beautiful face. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
