Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: She got into the Cartwright business at a young age. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She struck the Cartwright job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to get a good night's sleep

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Elaim was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Detective. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
