Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears just a tan suit. Her long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady hazel eyes.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Meena hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Meena was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.

Description: She wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a trident, but if one is not available she will default to her axe. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her silver hair, when down, is lengthy. Her violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and retire the richest woman in the east

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she wears a yellow shirt, with a violet mid length skirt with violet tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her hair is short and black. Her eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She worked as a nervous Shipwright and found it very stressful. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shipwright.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Shipwright responsibilities is difficult; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Cook but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Cimer was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Cook. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cook for hire.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
