History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Agnes embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Agnes enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to protect his home

Description: This late middle aged woman wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge and is in decent physical shape. Her moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her eyes are likewise amber. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She hates giants. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Nissa is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Nissa reached her early adolescence her Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Edge abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and to protect his home
