Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has a golden handlebar mustache and slicked back golden hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. William was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. William decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
