History: Fargrim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Shipwright father left her crippled. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Shipwright. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
