History: Sarah was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Dorn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a knight and was forced into it by his family

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Eldeth was born with her mother's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. During her travels, Eldeth and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Eldeth discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Eldeth fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and retire the richest man in the north
