History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. The war was a terrible time for her, and Bilga does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

Her father taught her the rudiments of the Servant arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
