History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Akmen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Akmen and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Oren was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Oren's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Oren was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. The war was a terrible time for him, and Quarion does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Quarion abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
