Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright pastel and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His orange fur is long and unkept. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. The war was a terrible time for him, and Pelt does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Banker. He's also a talented Sculptor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
