Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. She has shaved her head bald. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady brown eyes.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature morningstar.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her rusty crest is matted, messy, and big. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Synthrin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a sickle, but if one is not available he will default to his spear. His scarlet crest has been sun bleached extensively. His gold eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is content; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with top hat. She carries with her a set of shortspears on her belt, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. She has done her best to style her golden hair to look like a famous performer. Her amber eyes peer out from beneath her top yellow hat.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Heather was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying east to reunite her family. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.
