History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Hoshû never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Rolf has worked very hard to control his curse. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bricklayer for hire.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the south were limited. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Slave Trader.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her copper crest is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Nala reached her early adolescence her Dragonborn father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
