Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Ruloth was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her childhood dream was to be a Guard, but she was a colossal failure. She's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born to a Weaver, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student he started as a Weaver, but he got bored and became a Masseuse. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Revenge; and wants to open a new tavern

His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Orcs in Ugarth's homeland. Ugarth decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.
