Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. She is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her golden hair is wavy and long. Her blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Shanairla was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Shanairla was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Murook fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.

Description: 5'0" and muscular, this northern man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and money/treasure

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
