History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Performer, but he was a colossal failure. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
